Israel: The Next Generation

We initially became inspired by Israeli teens because although their countries very existence faces global criticism on a regular basis; they hold strong to their patriotic spirit. We began our journey in Israel looking for the differences among Israeli and American teens; however, we ended up finding more similarities than differences. True, the languages we speak are different; the countries in which we were raised are different; and the entry into adulthood is different. But what we do share in common is more powerful and uniting than all the differences. We all, to a certain degree, share a carefree, youthful spirit, uncorrupted by heavy adult responsibilities, such as taxes or mortgages or grocery shopping.
