Nano Retina, an Israeli company. is developing an ultra small, easy to implant, artificial retina designed to restore sight. scientists are working to develop a “bionic eye” for people who are losing their signt due to degenerative conditions.
Nano Retina, an Israeli company based in Herzliya Pituah, is developing an implant that will replace damaged photo-receptors in the eyes and provide users with grayscale vision. Engineers with the company say their chip will enable users to identify facial features and watch television.
